At The Ashnoor, we always strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you face any issue with your product, please read our return and refund rules carefully before submitting a request.
1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:

You received a wrong product

You received a damaged or defective product

The product has a major quality issue
-
The size/product received is different from what you ordered
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or replacement:

Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product

The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

Tags, labels, and original packaging must remain intact

You must provide clear photos or video as proof of the issue
If these conditions are not met, the return request may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products damaged due to personal misuse

Slight color variations (due to lighting or screen difference)

Used or washed items
-
Discounted / Sale items

Accessories (unless damaged on arrival)

Perfumes, Attar, or any personal-care product (for hygiene reasons)
4. Replacement Process
If your return request is approved:

Our support team will review your issue

We will arrange pickup or request courier return

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement

If the replacement item is out of stock, you may choose another product of equal value
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

Product unavailable or out of stock

We cannot fulfill your order

Valid return received but replacement is not possible
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 3–7 working days.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer.
6. Shipping Cost for Returns

If the error is from our side (wrong, damaged, or faulty item), we will cover the return shipping cost

For any other reason, the customer must pay the return shipping cost
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the item is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
